Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the high volume of orders that shipping couriers are receiving, there may be delays that are outside of our control.
Typical estimated shipping times are between 7-15 business days. These times are estimated and indicative, depending on the circumstances may be shortened or lengthened, never more than 30 working days.
Shipping protection
Customers who have the shipping protection on their purchase, are covered and have the option to claim a full refund of their purchase or a new order for free as long as the following events occur:
-Orders that have been lost on the delivery route (tracking shows errors, no movement, the company does not know the location of the package..etc).
-Orders delivered to wrong or incorrect addresses by the delivery company.
-Orders that are stolen during delivery.
-Orders that arrive broken, damaged, unusable or defective due to transit.
Orders in which the tracking and transport company confirms delivery at the place established by the customer are not covered under any circumstances.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping for orders exceeding 100 USD. Please note that this threshold may vary throughout the year based on current promotions and other factors.
Additionally, we provide a paid shipping option, which offers priority processing.
The delivery timeframe for both shipping options ranges from 7 to 14 business days. However, due to factors such as high demand, there may be delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@skaind.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 60 days after the product(s) have been received if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@skaind.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
