Right Of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed after receipt of the goods, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day,
- On which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;
- The day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.
- If customs duties are incurred as a result of the return shipment, these are to be paid directly by the contracting party. If this is not possible, the customs duties will be deducted from the refund amount.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@skaind.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Exclusion of the right of revocation
Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, the right of revocation does not apply, among other things, to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
